THE SHIFT
A New Chapter
For those of you who have been on this journey with me over the past year, I can’t express my gratitude enough. Your notes, reflections, encouragement, what moved you, and what stirred new questions — All of it has meant more than I can say.
As I’ve honed what this newsletter is truly about, one word has continually surfaced: resonance. That intuitive, embodied knowing that lives within each of us.
In my therapy work, I often highlight these moments in session, when something just feels right, when there’s a flash of insight, or when the body softens into authenticity.
Much of my work centers around helping people shift from outer-directed living (driven by societal expectations, roles, and “shoulds”) toward inner-directed living (guided by intuition, values, and authenticity).
Because ultimately, in personal transformation studies, all roads lead back to the self.
The saying goes, ‘You already carry the information you’re seeking.’
Our nervous system, emotions, behaviors, and subtle sensations all carry intelligence that the thinking mind can overlook. The task is twofold:
Removing the interferences — fear, conditioning, and internal noise that block our natural knowing.
Learning to attune to that resonant sense, however it shows up — maybe a cooling sensation, a warm light in the chest, or simply a quiet “yes” inside.
Trusting that inner wisdom takes courage. It asks us to face uncertainty, discomfort, and many times social disapproval. Yet it’s through that process that we come into deeper alignment with ourselves.
Why the Rebrand
As I’ve continued to write, it’s become clear that this space needed a name that truly reflects its essence and purpose.
Starting next week, this newsletter will be called

The focus will remain the same at heart — exploring inner wisdom, self-trust, building inner resources, expanding emotional capacity, and learning to sense what feels alive, open, and expansive versus contracted or disconnected.
I’ll also be weaving in more insights from attachment theory, trauma healing, somatic therapy, and relational psychoanalysis.
So, be sure to check your spam or promotions folder next week, as the new name might throw things off in your inbox.
Thank you again for walking this path with me — for your openness, curiosity, and willingness to explore what it means to live from a more resonant state.
See you back here next Sunday ~
